These Booking Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Collective Golf Ltd (“Collective Golf”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for a golf experience (“the Trip”).

A booking becomes confirmed when we have received your completed booking information and the required deposit, and we have confirmed your place in writing.

The contract is between you and Collective Golf Ltd. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Conditions.

The Trip is a package comprising the following principal travel services:

• Accommodation at the agreed hotel
• Golf at the agreed golf clubs
• Ground transportation during the Trip
• The organisation and hosting of an experience by Collective Golf Ltd.

The precise itinerary, accommodation, golf arrangements and transportation included in your package will be confirmed to you before or at the time of booking.

The price of the Trip will be quoted separately in the Trip itinerary.

The price includes the services specifically identified as included in the confirmed itinerary.

Unless expressly stated as included, the price does not include flights, travel to or from the UK, personal expenses, meals and drinks not specified as included, travel insurance, golf equipment, caddies (fee & tip) or any other services not expressly included in the package.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is payable to confirm your place.

The remaining balance of 50% per person is payable no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the Trip.

If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, subject to the cancellation provisions below.

All payments are protected in accordance with the applicable Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations.

We will make reasonable efforts to operate the Trip as described.

Occasionally, changes may be necessary. This could include changes to accommodation, golf arrangements, transportation or the order of activities.

If we need to make a significant change to the package, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and explain your available options in accordance with applicable package travel legislation.

Golf is subject to the rules, availability and requirements of the individual golf clubs.

We cannot guarantee specific playing conditions, weather or course conditions.

Golf clubs may occasionally close or alter arrangements due to weather, maintenance, tournaments or other circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

Guests must comply with the rules and requirements of each golf club.

Ground transportation included within the package will be provided by appropriately licensed and insured third-party transport providers where applicable.

We reserve the right to substitute the transport provider where reasonably necessary, provided that the replacement service is of an appropriate standard.

Accommodation will be provided at the hotel specified in the confirmed itinerary, or at an alternative property of a comparable standard where a change is reasonably necessary.

Hotel check-in and check-out times, room types and hotel-specific terms will be communicated as part of the booking information.

You are responsible for:

• Having a valid passport and any required permission to enter the UK
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
• Advising us of any relevant dietary, mobility or other requirements before the Trip
• Following the reasonable instructions of Collective Golf, golf clubs, hotels and transport providers
• Behaving appropriately and respectfully towards other guests, staff and service providers

You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by your deliberate or negligent actions.

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.

Your policy should provide appropriate cover for medical expenses, cancellation, interruption, baggage and personal liability.

Collective Golf does not provide personal travel insurance to guests unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you cancel your booking, you may be required to pay a cancellation charge. The applicable cancellation charge will reflect costs incurred by Collective Golf and its suppliers as a result of your cancellation, including any non-refundable payments made to golf clubs, accommodation providers, transport providers or other suppliers.

Where applicable, we will take reasonable account of any costs saved or amounts recovered by re-selling or otherwise re-deploying the relevant services.

You may request to transfer your booking to another person where permitted by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and subject to any reasonable costs imposed by suppliers.

If you request details of the cancellation charge, Collective Golf will provide a justification for the amount charged.

We may cancel the Trip where this is necessary, including where circumstances beyond our control make it impossible or impractical to operate the package.

If we cancel the Trip, you will receive the rights and remedies provided under applicable package travel legislation.

We will not be responsible for circumstances which we could not reasonably have foreseen or avoided, including severe weather, natural disasters, industrial disputes, government action, security risks, war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect the Trip, we will provide the assistance required by applicable law and make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

Collective Golf Ltd is responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package, subject to the rights and limitations provided by applicable law.

Where a travel service is not performed in accordance with the contract, we will take reasonable steps to remedy the situation where required.

Nothing in these Booking Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you experience a problem during the Trip, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

If a complaint cannot be resolved during the Trip, you should notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible after returning home.

Collective Golf Ltd provides financial protection for payments made by travellers in accordance with the requirements applicable to non-flight package travel.

Details of the applicable financial protection arrangement will be provided with your booking confirmation.

We will process your personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Your information will be used where necessary to administer your booking and arrange the services included in your package. We may need to share relevant information with hotels, golf clubs, transport providers and other suppliers involved in delivering the Trip.

These Booking Conditions and the contract between you and Collective Golf Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer or package travel legislation.

Your booking is subject to the rights and protections provided by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, as amended.

Where any provision of these Booking Conditions conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the statutory requirement will apply.
